All natural handcrafted cheeses that are of superb quality and aged to perfection. The Bass Lake Cheese Factory has been operating since 1918. The Erickson family has preserved the traditional art of natural cheese making in Wisconsin using open style vats that allow the cheese maker to make the highest quality cheeses from each and every vat. They use recipes handed down for generations and blend new skills and techniques to produce innovative and unique creations.
