Eggs, Local Farms
We source our
free range eggs from a variety of local farms -- the majority are currently from
Kummer farm located between Eau Claire and Menomonie. They are brown and multi-colored,
and always picked fresh. These eggs have bright yolks and thick shells. We
collect the old egg cartons, too!
