Golden Hills
Buffalo Farm is nestled in the hills south of Osseo. Cared for by the Filla
family, these great, semi-wild animals spend almost all of their time roaming
certified organic open pastures and are supplemented with organic crops when
needed. Bison is a highly nutrient dense food, is naturally flavorful and
tender, and can be prepared much the same as beef.
