Little Spring Valley
Just south of
Eleva Jon Zander raises Jersey steers on pasture using no antibiotics or
hormones. The animals have access to pasture year-round and are supplemented
with grains from Jon’s neighbor. This is a big step in quality above
commercial beef found at the grocery store.
